I'm from Al and lived here all my life. I swear I can't figure these people out. I was just reading where Bibb county elected a republican man that died last month, links below. The ballots could have been changed but the rep party didn't want it to be so they can now appoint a replacement. We locally had a rep Probate Judge Elected who had written herself checks off an account she was trustee over when she worked in the PJ office staff. There was a website set up with copies of the checks, the trust stating she was not to be paid, and the order from the judge forcing her to return the money There was supposed to be some sort of deal where she avoided prosecution by leaving the PJ office and re-paying the account. She being a rep was voted in very easily. Everyone knew what she did because of the ads that ran but the straight party voting got them both wins. Then Roy Moore was elected again after being removed from the bench. Alabama voters elected a dead man and a Probate Judge that wrote herself checks off clients accounts, and a judge that can't stop waving his 10 commandments around all because they were rep. I'm embarrassed to be from here.

Hey, at least you're not Mississippi, but considering the people you elected, you're giving them a run for their money.

Mississippi scrapes the bottom a lot in a lot of ways.
