The reason they haven't is that they were useful in imposing an illegitimate regime that stole a mountain range of money for the oligarchs. Clearly Florida is the real locus of the kind of politics that they tar Chicago with. Floridians, those wonderful people who stood in lines for hours and hours deserve better but they won't get it unless they make voting accessibility and integrity happen.
