Is Trump Induced Depressive Disorder or Republican Induced

Depressive Disorder in the DSM V (or whatever number) yet?

It should be. Y’all I’m gonna have to back off. A few days ago I had a meltdown because a lot of posters in a social media site I frequent were criticizing Biden about shooting down the balloon.

I am taking a break from that site for a while.

Also trying not to listen to news so much.

I was tempted to post “I wonder what nasty tricks the Republicans will pull during the SOTU address tonight. “

Any suggestions? (I don’t mean suggestions for nasty tricks, but suggestions to disengage in an attempt to keep one’s sanity.)

To make them feel powerless and helpless. To give up.

To surround the public with so many lies, so much propaganda, so much evil 24/7.

It is a common KGB tactic to destabilize a country. And the GOP knows it is a winning
ticket to permanent power.

Yes I agree 100%, we are going to need to take breaks from our current political reality
from time to time for our sanity.

We are facing some ugly realities right now and we need to take care of ourselves.
We are watching the country we love turn into something unfathomable and ugly.

Take a break.

Go for walks, listen to music, watch old movies.
Go to lunch, talk about trivial matters.

If you can come back, fine.
If not, that is fine too.
