"Seditious conspiracy" if directly connected to the Proud Boys or Oath Keepers and directed them to come to the Capitol?
"Espionage" if it is found that some of his stolen documents made their way into the hands of our adversaries?
"Voter fraud" if his intent in GA was to change the vote totals to give him the victory? Or if he gave directions to the "alternate electoral" voters to vote illegally?
"Conspiracy to defraud the US Government" by intentionally lying about the election after he knew that he had lost?
"Money-Laundering, Bank Fraud, Mail Fraud" for lying about finances to get loans from Deutsche Band and "Tax Evasion" for lying about his property values on his tax forms?
"Obstruction of Justice" for hiding classified documents from the NARA and the FBI and lying about them?
"Incitement" to an insurrection and obstructing an official government proceeding?
There are so many possible crimes to charge the former president with, they do not know where to start. By the time they file charges, there will be new crimes to deal with.
But, as we all know, before they get started they have to be sure they have all the evidence locked down.
In effect, the DOJ is "locked down" by indecision when it comes to indicting and prosecuting major Republican criminals.

(21,362 posts)is for the IRS to do its job. Trump claimed a 750 million dollar deduction with little paperwork. The IRS could do to Trump what it did to Al Capone.
It does not appear that the IRS is doing jack shit. Oh yeah, maybe the IRS like DOJ doesn't leak?

If a black, female AG ends up getting TFG banned from ever doing business in NY again... it may sends him off the deep end.
