3. They don't have to say anything. The Teaparty has done a fantastic job of filling local and state..

government positions. This is where they excel in grass roots politics and we had better figure out how to deal with it. They are out in the community every day.

We need to develop more people at all levels government, even the small paid positions. Most Congress critters are not national figures with high profiles. They come out of the community.
