David Axelrod will shave his 'stache off after all, even tho he won the bet he had with Joe.

He'll do it if Joe and Mika host a fundraising event aimed at raising $1 million for his charity, CURE Epilepsy (his daughter has epilepsy) and donate $10,000 to the organization. Joe also has to wear a fake mustache at the event. The original bet was Joe would grow a 'stache if Obama lost either NC or FL. Joe would grow a 'stache if Obama won MI, MN and WI.

But Axe also said he'd shave the stache. They got a little bogged down (and a little strange) on the show talking about the details of that, but we'll see.

Mika negotiated the terms of the settlement and is given full credit, for once for something on the show. She is also hitting up Donny Deutsch for $10,000. and she and Heileman are giving $5,000 apiece. Heileman said he would hit up Halperin for $5,000.

This might have been the plan all along. It will attract lots of $$$$ for the organization and everybody wins pats on the back for the effort.
