Vincenzo Gennaro of Staten Island ranting on FoxNews

This man is saying that
** He has been on the ground the last 7 days as a one-man FEMA,
** Neighborhood's residents can help themselves without the government
** Asked people to go to some fundraising site for people to donate directly to people who need help
** Said that Obama was re-elected on basis of supposed response to Sandy, but he didn't do anything about Benghazi.

As he got deeper into the conspiracy stuff, Bill Hemmer started trying to end the conversation, and Mr. Gennar said "Don't cut me off". Once they did get him off the phone, Martha McCallum editorialized that these people are "not getting the help from the government".

Since when does FoxNews believe in government help?

It doesn't appear that he is any 'official' type person. I could be wrong, though.

He's full of crap. The FEMA people, the Marines, Red Cross are all on the scene.

Of course those agencies are on the ground, but Hemmer & MacCallum didn't correct him. Pataki came on air right after that, and all he had to offer is that he will make sure the government responds to Staten Island's need. No idea why he's posturing as though he weren't part of the government establishment.

They just said his story came to his attention; it doesn't appear that the on-air talent pre-screened him, based on the look on their faces, when he started going off-topic.
