It was believable, though--this, after all, was a joke about the guy who kept reading MY PET GOAT while the nation was being attacked with commercial aircraft used as weapons.

The funny part was that with George it really might have happened. It was believable.

He probably practiced on a real machine for a couple of weeks, so he was too well trained to actually make that mistake.
