Neal Boortz was teetering on the edge of Crazy Canyon, and the election pushed him over....

We’ve been cataloging the sorest of the sore losers on the right after Barack Obama’s reelection, and now add to that nationally syndicated conservative talk radio host Neal Boortz, who is retiring next year to be replaced by failed GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain. On Twitter this morning, Boortz equated Obama with Al Qaeda.

Congratulate Obama on his victory?Let’s congratulate Al Qaeda while we’re at it. Same goals.

In follow up Tweets, which he’s since deleted, he defended the assertion: .....................(more)

But there was a great link at Kos to a 15-minute part of yesterdays show: http://www.boortz.com/Player/101701171/

He's so crazy and insane and evil for 3/4 of that but goddamn if he isn't dead on when it comes to the social conservatives. I'm starting to see what the right wing sees in these radio nuts. When he was railing about something WE CAN AGREE WITH, it was goddamn invigorating

amazing how the right wing forces themselves to forget certain things which happened.

And Boortz is a right winger, no doubt. He declared himself a Libertarian, but he's just basically a Republican on drugs. Favors every right wing talking point except legalization of drugs.
