Tune In To Nicolle Wallace If You Want The Truth

I learn something new every time I watch her show.

I learned a lot today about DOJ not indicting Matt Gaetz. The presiding judge said that in his 22 years on the bench no one has given up more information than Joel Greenberg. Also, if it was too tough to indict Gaetz for sex trafficking there were several other crimes he could have been indicted for. Also, Nicolle asked the question, why did Gaetz ask for a pardon? Matt Gaetz thought he was guilty.

I learned a lot about the Corcoran/Bobb document.

I learned a lot about the Fani Willis prosecution and who may be charged with perjury and why it is important to charge people with perjury. When Nicolle asked why DOJ has not charged anyone with perjury, Weissman responded because DOJ was late to the game but he expects Smith to charge people. Weissmann said if people are not held accountable for lying they will continue to lie.

I learned so much more about the derailed train in Ohio, the most important new info was that the chemical Benzene may be involved and if it is then people in the affected area need to have blood work done immediately.

My news day is usually done at 6PM.

for the last few months. While it's always been good, she herself has been especially diligent in calling out that which needs calling out. I've even noticed her basically telling some of her guests to "go ahead you can go there here". She has the corner on reformed republican power brokers as guests whom feel deceived just as much as she does but she's used that and moved beyond to beating the trail for truth no matter your affiliation. I'm sure she's been called into the office several times but shes not bending IMO.

She and her show have been unbridled and on fire lately.

I learned a completely different story about the Gaetz non-prosecution than I learned here from posters.

First of all Joel Greenberg was supposed to flip on Gaetz to get a reduced sentence. The presiding judge said that in his 22 years on the bench he has never seen so much states evidence turned over by Greenberg. His testimony sent several people to jail. Greenberg gave so much evidence that his sentence was reduced from life to 11 years. The problem was with the corroboration with the victim. With that said, experts believed that Gaetz would not be charged with sex trafficking but would be charged with lesser crimes. He was charged with nothing. Nicolle just asked the question, why did Matt Gaetz believe he was guilty, he asked for a pardon.

charges forthcoming for other crimes. We have not heard much more on all the people Greenberg was supposedly providing information on.

It is important to know why Gaetz is getting away with this. Two witnesses, his ex-girlfriend and the underage girl (they are apparently friends) would not cooperate. The accuser, Greenberg has previously fabricated charges against a teacher, who was running against him in an election, to try and completely destroy his reputation. He does not make for a good witness against Gaetz, if they have no corroborating proof.

...I'll just say that you can't prosecute a case by reading the jury a news article, or playing a segment of pundits on a news show.

Tell us what knowledge and expertise you have that outmatches the prosecutors in this case. Here you're using the Wallace show to cast aspersion on the prosecution.

Tell us how you know more than these prosecutors:

there were prosecutors brought in on this case experienced in victims reluctant to testify.

One a public corruption investigator with an expertise in child exploitation crimes, and the other a top leader of the public corruption unit.
https://www.nytimes.com/2021/10/21/us/politics/matt-gaetz-justice-department.html

from the article:

One area of expertise that the Washington prosecutors are bringing to the Gaetz case is dealing with children who have been exploited but may not see themselves as having been victimized, which can complicate trials if they are called as witnesses.

Legally, the victim’s state of mind is not a factor that juries should consider when determining whether the law was violated, according to Amanda Kramer, a white collar defense lawyer at Covington and Burling and former federal prosecutor in Manhattan who supervised sex trafficking cases for a decade.

Technically, the government needs only to prove that the child was underage when the sexual activity occurred and that the child received something of value in exchange for it.

But, Ms. Kramer said, the defense could try to use such witness testimony to confuse the jury or sour the legitimacy of the prosecution...

...prosecutors here took the totality of evidence they had and concluded that Greenburg's word was tainted by earlier false accusations of sexual impropriety toward ANOTHER candidate he was running for office against.

Moreover, the victims refused to testify. What are they going to do? Drag them into court and subject them to a process they don't want to be a part of? What kind of cruelty is that? All to muddy Gaetz in a prosecution they don't believe they could win?

It's just a lie that DOJ was 'afraid' to charge Gaetz. Funny using this former republican to attack the Biden DOJ, as you do daily.

...the sex crimes he accused Gaetz of were not backed up by evidence the sex crimes prosecutors, including experts in children reluctant to testify, believed would hold up in court.

I really don't care what smoke people raise about Gaetz, but you're not only mixing concerns, you've conflated the financial crimes he directed prosecutors to, with sex allegations, a tactic which Greenburg had been CAUGHT FABRICATING against another political opponent in the past.

Wallace, McCain's campaign manager who picked Sarah Palin may be watchable, but this summary is misleading and just bunk.

as for Wallace, I'll just leave this here:

Nicolle Wallace was quick to introduce herself as a Republican during Monday morning’s season 18 premiere of “The View.”

Wallace is a former communications chief for President George W. Bush and was a senior advisor for the McCalin-Palin campaign. Co-host Rosie Perez asked Wallace what it was like the first time she met Sarah Palin.

She explained that she had just had a medical procedure done but that at the time, she found Palin to be, “pretty cool.”

Interesting remarks from the presiding judge. Weissmann 's comments were also affirmative, I have great respect for his contributions.
