Gotta ask this here

What are the Special Prosecutors powers requesting a fast decision from the SC in regards to TFG's delaying tactics? I'm sure Smith knows what they are doing. IF he has this power, what would be the reason for NOT using it? Especially regarding Subpoena's to Meadows and Pence.

but the Supreme Court will have no reason to even take the Meadows issue, seeing as the Pence issue is something new, it very well could reach the Supreme Court.

I see Meadows before a grand jury before we see Pence.

Meadows just doesn't want to be in the Epstine wing of his federal prison.
