Kids vote at my daughter's school

10,000 students voted in my daughters school district on Tuesday.
Obama got 87% of the vote.
65% rejected the two amendments (this is MN so rejecting adding the language marriage is between one man and one woman to the constitution and a voter ID amendment).

Go Kids!

My daughter informally polled kids on her bus she said everyone was Obama except two who were "grassroots party or something like that" (her words - she's 8).

She insisted on voting for Snoopy (I think she was a bit like that little girl who cried about being tired of Bronco Bama and Mitt Romney), even though both her Dads (Papa and Daddy) were big Obama supporters and worked hard on the NO vote for the marriage amendment.

My friend's daughter might go to the same daycare! She mentioned their election that included Snoopy and Minnie - she is only 14 months, so I don't think she "voted"

Or maybe Snoopy and Minnie are the default candidates at all the daycare/preschools!
