Karl Rove's Superpac spent $325 Million dollars . . . and none of his candidates won!!

As reported this morning, Karl Rove spent a ton of money and yet all of his candidates lost.

I have no idea what Adelson intends to do with his money, a man who is estimated to be worth $20 billion dollars.
But, one wealthy GOP donor billionaire has already stated that he is willing to open his checkbook and start writing checks for Rick Santorum to run in 2016.

Considering the fact that Romney just lost this election, after running for office for 6 years, you'd think the Republican party would think of a different strategy.
But, just like an elephant, I guess they can't forget how they won the White House in 2004, and they want to repeat that experience again.

I live in Central Florida and in the last couple of weeks there were
as many as three hateful ads per station break identifying them
as from Crossroads.

And they were the most despicable tv ads I have ever seen in my life.
They were full of "gloom and doom" and the entire ad was like watching an ad for someone suffering from depression.
Everything was President Obama's fault, and none of it was because of 4 years of obfuscation, filibustering, or putting up road blocks to every single thing President Obama wanted to do.

Now Boehner has to go back to Washington and pass a Farms Bill.
He put it off until after the election.
That's the kind of fucking asshole he is!!

I think Santorum would have been harder to beat had he been the nominee. He has a work ethic that Romney has never had to put into practice, and he doesn't come with the spoiled rich kid personna. Rick doesn't display the same hubris that ended Romney's political aspirations. I used to think Santorum would be a gift for us. I fear that we may be unpleasantly surprised should he ever become the nominee. Romney's money put Santorum out of the running, and I think that was a gift to us this time.

It all remains to be seen, but it never pays to underestimate the opposition.

always get out and vote. Despite the person saying "Bible" acting nothing like its messages. This is a disconnect which has yet to be healed/understood.

They CAN afford to throw Millions away supporting political candidates. They have more money than they know what to do with.

But raise their taxes, and they'll be out on the street, have to fire all their employees, and consider moving out of the country.

The Papa John's guy can throw away loads of money supporting RMoney, but when it concerns the health coverage he now has to provide, for that he needs to raise pizza prices 15 cents.

I made donations to my candidates too, meager as they may have been on my small salary. If they hadn't won , I'd have no recourse to get my money back. Same goes for them, you rolls the dice, you takes your chances

are whining that President Obama used $215M to "demonize" Romney as soon as it was clear he would be the nominee. It's like they completely dismiss their demonizing of the President as if it didn't happen and that turnabout is fair play.
