Christie Calls Obama To Congratulate-Sends Mitt E-Mail

Chris Christie, who last year dashed many Republicans’ hopes by turning down pleas to challenge President Barack Obama, says he had one word for Obama during a phone call last night:

Congratulations.



And Republican Mitt Romney, the man he endorsed a full year before the election, raised millions in cash for, stood with at campaign stops across the country and delivered the keynote address for at the party’s convention?

The New Jersey governor says he sent him an e-mail yesterday.

You are brash and sometimes a loudmouth, but I think, deep down, there's decency within you. It bubbled to the surface during and after Sandy.

My advice to you: save your GOP from the nuts, or become a Democrat. Either way, you will earn a positive place in history.

and knows that he needs the POTUS and the feds to get it back on its feet after Sandy. He's a blowhard and a dick, but he's not a monster.

I don't want someone the likes of him in my party.

He's a bit repugnant, and I'm not talking about just his physical rotundness and otherwise sloppiness.
