Fox News is in deep shit. Over the years Fox became more and more extreme. It got to the point where if they told the truth their viewers would turn on them. That's what happened when they called Arizona for Biden.

This is just a guess, I doubt Rupert, Fox News, want this to go to trial. That would not go well for them. They will probably try to settle out of court. Either way I have a feeling other people, companies that may have been harmed by their lies are watching this case closely. Fox News is going to pay big time.

You can attack our democracy, harm our democracy with extremism. In the end I would bet on our democracy to win out. Our democracy is a survivor.

9. One Other Thing To Add To Your Settlement List.....

Fox should be made to place on their broadcasts a statement that in essence says that they faked or lied to their listeners and make them run that statement prior to and after every broadcast of every program on the Fox News station going forward.

I want the followers of Fox to know that they were conned and considered as fools to believe the lies and fake news that was broadcast to them over the years.

I think something like this would even be more punishment to Fox & Murdoch - than a steep financial penalty that they would have to pay.

I would hope that their financial penalty would be so steep that it would bankrupt the company.
