The RR used a lab that had a sketchy history and the EPA itself did not take its early samples but hired a lab.

The federal EPA (Uncle Sam) needs to find out if there's a baseline reading even available, and they'd have to get it from the EPA in Ohio, am I right? This just seems like a fool's errand at this point.
