He called his objectives "Battles", as in the battle for...whatever - all falling under his economic policy.

1. Battle for Grain - to make the country more self-sufficient.

2. Battle for Lira - to strengthen the currency of the country,

3. Battle for Land reclamation - to create more land mass. Expand land mass.

Mussolini was hoping to create an Italy that was comparable to the Roman Empire. (Make the Roman Empire Great Again) It was called Romanita - the restoration of the "new" Roman Empire.

He forced the working class out of the cities and placed them in rural areas so he could better watch over them/control and monitor their potential dissident behavior.

This was known as "reclaimed spaces". These spaces were used by Mussolini to hold rallies where he praised himself and his efforts.

4. Battle for Births - Duh. No birth control, no abortion, loans could be canceled for producing more children. Your taxes went down the more children you produced. Married men with a wifey at home producing children got special favors, while single men and women were disfavored, with many women being pushed out of jobs - to create an "incentive" to marry/produce children.
