If Trump isn't indicted and he wins in 2024

What is the worst case scenario?

A one party system, legal immigrants sent back?, a Crime to be Gay?
Segregation???, Slavery?

Or am I being too over the top????

Also if he hasn't been indicted by the end of the year, he probably wont be, right?

He has much more baggage than in 2016. The right cannot demonize Joe as effectively as they did Hillary. Joe is running as an incumbent this time. It is much tougher to beat an incumbent even if one has a modest and fair 4 years. Biden has a pretty good 2-1/2 years. I don't see things changing the rest of his term.

Yeah, the orange malignancy won once because it was a worse case scenerio. I will not happen again.

Trump's ultimate goal is complete deregulation of the business community. He goes along with the rest of the GOP's fascist agenda because (1) he thinks like they do and (2) he knows he needs to give his allies what they want - tax cuts, abortion bans, anti-immigrant laws, anti-gay, anti-woman, etc., etc., etc., so they give him what he wants, but if you gave the monster the choice of doing only one thing he would erase every regulation on the books regardless of what it is. "Oh, Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 108 (the vehicle lighting standard)? Yeah, get rid of that right now. It's a regulation. It's got to go. Who cares if cars have red headlights?"

he absolutely, 100% won't be indicted. Its becoming crystal clear that Garland is just running the clock out.

But, he absolutely won't be elected president either. His solid base is now only 30% of the repub party. hell, at a trump loving cpac last week he only straw polled like 63%.

huh? People were 100% certain in 2016 also. And people were 100% certain the supreme court "would never do that." How'd all that work out?

certain of her, in fact, held my nose and voted voted for her.

As far as Garland, I think he's reached the sell by date on issuing indictments. the only thing he managed was throwing a bunch of Billy Bobs, and Cletuses in prison for 3 months.

If he's elected or Desantis is elected, we may be venturing into some uncharted territory here. The GOP would enact their wildest revenge fantasies and there'd be nothing to stop them.
