Mark my words, A day of reckoning is coming.

Everything that is happening, the investigations, Trump, Fox news, Maga voters, Republicans in Congress, the lies, the denial of reality, the foolish behavior, is all coming to head soon. What is happening now cannot be sustained. Something is going to give soon.

The shit is going to hit the fan. People can believe what they want when it comes to what kind of shit is going to hit the fan. Bad shit or good shit. They can't change the fact that the shit is going to hit the fan.

We let traitors get away with it once - we can't allow it a second time. It took us (black Americans) almost 100 years to gain full RIGHTS of citizenship as a result.

This time - make the leaders pay.

Look at what is happening inside of the various states and you see that the Fascist are, in many cases, winning. The second and third largest states, by population, have already fallen. It is hard to spin that in a positive light.

Very significant differences, that made Gernany vulnerable to a fascist takeover in ways that the U.S. is not snd never has been. Hitler's rise to power was fueled by a perfect storm of political, historical, and economic factors, not to mention weaknesses in the German constitution that allowed him to do things a president would never have the power to do here.

I'm not saying we don't have some serious problems, but we are NOT Weimar Germany, not by a long shot. It would take a lot more time and energy than I have at the moment to list all the differences, but here's an article that does a pretty good job: https://www.thecollector.com/weimar-republic-hitler-rise-to-power/

I hope and pray that something gives that knock them all to the ground. It seems like something has to change but I do see propaganda working in Russia and in Hungaria. These are the models for the GOP. They LIE, CHEAT, MISLEAD, DISINFORM, etc, etc but now they have a TV channel that goes along with this Russian Style propaganda.

I hope it doesnt give with us becoming a country like hungaria were its one party rule and they can lie and tell people the wrong things while pilfering the nations resources.

i guess if we dont allow this to happen then we have a good chance.

It's given the extremists the resolution to their problem and allowed them time to prepare to block any legal pathway to arresting and convicting Trump and locking him away. The longer we wait, the harder it will be. Justice is served against average Americans in a matter of weeks from the time they commit the crime. But that's in the America we live in. His is a place where he can mock the disabled, lie through his teeth, and shoot someone in the middle of fifth avenue and get away with it.

"Justice is served against average Americans in a matter of weeks from the time they commit the crime." A matter of weeks? Point me to the sedition trial that justice was served in a matter of weeks? Hell, show me any investigation, indictment then trial that was done in a matter of weeks. You can't even get through traffic court in less than 30 days, and that's pretty black and white.

“Lone wolf” attacks are always written off as one person being at fault but eventually a large paramilitary group is going to attack a large number of innocent people in the name of some right wing cause. I think maybe then people may take to the streets. But hey. Always something good on Netflix so maybe they won’t care.
