Oh-look, the cartel got rid of their employees who didnt perform according to expectations FIRED them right along and turned them over. Who knows, maybe these were random non-performers conveniently available when a way to get rid of them opened up.
But heres my kicker, chuckling, the cartel deals with their employees the way MUSK DOES bwah ha HAH!
And from a purely MANAGEMENT point of view look how the cartel SOLVED their problem turned over the supposed culprits, GOT RID OF THEIR OWN PROBLEM (dont want to rock the boat with U.S.-Mexico), lickety split, no bureaucratic hand wringing. AND with an "apology" attached on them. Brilliant (no, am not cheering cartel, or MUSK for that matter).
