At one point, as the driver was inspecting the damage, the cop pulled forward and pinned him between his truck and the car because he was pissed.

Later at the police station, the cop is utterly remorseless and complaining he could lose his retirement because of something stupid.

Clearly it was the fault of the people he rear-ended.

Get dash cams, kids.
