Why an "INDICTMENT" AGAINST TRUMP... IS..."MOST IMPORTANT" !!

iF Donald Trump is "INDICTED" on some crime.....& Donald has to testify in court on that crime..(any crime)...(according
to testimony in court) ...He has to tell the ....."TRUTH"....................

......iF DONALD ...."LIES ABOUT ANY ASPECT OF "HIS SWORN TESTIMONY." that is .."against the law.".....
.........because he promises to tell the truth, the whole truth, "so help us GOD."

............BUT IF TRUMP CANNOT TELL "THE WHOLE TRUTH."..OR "WHATEVER" that is against the law===it is called perjury ...
.......(is that it??) And.............poor Donald doesn't know ..........."HOW...... TO TELL THE TRUTH"

.........THAT IS HOW HE WILL BE GOTTEN...."LIEING IN COURT ABOUT SOME ASPECT OF HIS CRIMES."

....from Wikipedia: "Sworn testimony is evidence given by a witness who has made a commitment to tell the truth. If the witness is later found to have lied whilst bound by the commitment, they can often be charged with the crime of perjury. The types of commitment can include oaths, affirmations and promises which are explained in more detail below. The exact wording of the commitments vary from country to country.

He can choose to ( not even Trump is that stupid), but the prosecution cannot call him because he has a fifth amendment right against self incrimination.

To the Fifth Amendment

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Trump cannot be forced to testify against himself......... But....................

Lack of appropriate testimony my lead to a conviction of some sort.........(MAYBE???)
(it ain't up to me,..........It is up to the jury!!)

so weak that a CONVICTION...... depends on Trump committing perjury or testifying with a SELF-INCRIMINATING statement....

Then there will not be an indictment (in the first place)

No prosecutor would take such a case to trial.... (my opinion)

Although he is “stupid”, he is not that “stupid”.

And what will the judge do if he violates them?

I’m talking about things like gag orders for social media, witness intimidation, etc.
