First 10 minutes. Captain repeatedly asks for the officer to turn off body cam. He's asked to hold one foot up, couldn't do it, then asked to walk a straight line. At the 6 minute mark he again repeatedly asks for camera to be turned off.

by local Sheriffs after he got too drunk to drive home.
But, after 50 some years and countless drunks killing folks, I have no sympathy left.
