Are the prosecutors in the three main criminal cases v. Tfg coordinating or are they not?

What is the protocol on this?

1. They could if they wanted to. But they'll handle their cases

individually as needed, irrespective of what anybody else is doing.

2. Just wondering if they would be coordinating timing

of filing the indictments, to kinda have each other's backs?

I keep hearing that once the first indictment is filed, the others - and maybe more - will come in quick succession.

4. Prosecutors don't work that way. Indictments will come out

when the grand juries have completed their work. To coordinate their release would look politically-motivated and the prosecutors won't do that.

An indictment drops out of Atlanta.

6. I expect that Fani Willis has been coordinating

with DOJ seeing as they both are investigating many of the same witnesses. Fani isn't going to give immunity to a witness that DOJ was about to indict for a crime.

8. The DOJ will no doubt get access to the Georgia grand jury files/transcripts

There will be a subpoena or some sort of arrangement made

9. I'm not a legal eagle...

But each of them have different laws they can prosecute and not all the same area of law.
