Even if the statement were made under oath (and there isn't a reason to think that it would be), I still can't think of a scenario where that would happen. It wouldn't prove anything unless someone is really going to argue that nobody else has ever seen such identifying features.

I remember when P.J. O'Rourke was on Hardball during the Clinton brouhaha and Chris Matthews asked him if he thought Clinton would survive.
