https://www.sfjazz.org/sfjazz-digital/watch/dakhabrakha/This is a GREAT band, and you can stream their recent SFJAZZ concert on demand through Friday 3/24. (FYI, DakhaBrakha's sound is a modern take on traditional Ukrainian folk music, with plenty of original material, generously leavened with humor.)
They're asking for donations to support the Ukrainian people, but you can see their concert for free this week. Enjoy!
Here's a taste of what they do:

(22,697 posts)1. I've seen them live several times
Including once in Lviv! And I've met the band a couple times as well. Nice folks!
I love their music, and their stage presence is magnetic. Combine that with promoting one of the most important causes of this era, and theyre a must-see.

But I really like their sound. Wish I had a translation of the lyrics.

If you can, spread the word of this wonderful band, some $$ also would be great!
They came out of an artists' collective with a progressive and anti-fascist pov. Definitely allies.
More of their music on YT.
