Listening to the 'Strict Scrutiny' podcast (progressive) and one of the attorney's predicts that the Fifth Circuit will sit on the Biden appeal and force the administration to go straight to the Supreme Court where she anticipates at least three justices upholding the lower court decision.

2. Don't Know About That

The judge's ruling was so poor and clearly activist based. They might hold their noses and vote but the sinkhole they've been standing is has been getting deeper by the day. Thomas' corruption will not help. Also the pharmaceutical companies are beginning to scream bloody murder so if the ban holds it won't be for long. The sleeping giant is finally waking up.
