"Morning Joe" today that it's a nuisance suit and will be thrown out of court.

trump does this stuff often. Remember he sued Hillary (thrown out) and also DA Bragg just recently.

Hope trump's lawyers got paid for their work up front because it takes many billable hours to file these suits that go nowhere.
