25 years ago today Ronald Reagan signed a secret order permitting the covert sale of arms to Iran.

Can someone please remind me why that miserable, lying, shitweasel NEVER had to answer for his actions? Leave aside the fact that he is personally responsible for setting in motion the destruction of the American middle class - HE BROKE THE LAW! HE WAS A FUCKING CRIMINAL!

that they decide is a threat.

Or claiming the right to indefinitely detain them or torture them or conduct a secret trial with secret evidence.

Yeah, I was shocked by Iran Contra-Gate all those years ago.

I had no idea how deep we would descend...

Well, all I can say to that is that we're going to be mentioning that phrase a lot every time a president fucks up, and nobody wants to hold him accountable because everybody wants a piece of that executive power.

Never heard of Jackson Stephens?

We were't supposed to. He's now deceased. But Nixon knew him. Reagan knew him. Bush knew him. Every President whos actions contributed to the destruction of the middle-class while Jackson Stephens was alive knew him.
