Faini Willis and a possible indictment of Trump in August?

I was hoping someone would refresh me on the possible penalties on Trump. Also, who thinks he will cut and run?

MTG has filed multiple Impeachment resolutions; none will see the light of day.

DA Willis has already said that if indictments come down, they'll come down in the July-August window. What is there to add at this point?

Add to which: why do people complain about what other people aren't writing, rather than just write something themselves?
