10. There are a couple of them for sure. Dan Perkins (Tom Tomorrow) went through a nasty divorce...

...a couple of years ago as I recall, and his father passed away at about the same time after a few years of declining health. Here's one that I found.

There was another one like it, and this week's cartoon makes three (at least). I think the last few years haven't been kind to Perkins.
