Yes, he included people on Twitter who are anti-Trump.

Allison Gill (her real name) seems pretty proud of it.

The best defense is that what was printed was the truth. Unless his strategy is to be able to use the "I am suing that nasty WaPo and Muller She Wrote" for free publicity in his pronouncements and rallies. But there has to be a limit to the lawsuits he can afford to file. Most people no longer pay any attention when he does something like this.
