Unemployment numbers continue to fall.

I just read that in my home state of Ohio, unemployment is now 3.7% which is the lowest it’s been since 1976.

Yet, I still hear business owners griping that “nobody wants to work” any more.

Those business owners must start realizing that they have to be more competitive with their wages if they want good workers.

I don’t see how you can grow a business when you’re perpetually short of workers.

We reached that goal under Clinton. Lost it under Bush II.
