if you don't see it yet, then they obviously need more tax cuts.

When we have full employment, "labor shortage", inflation, etc. maybe it's not the best time to cut social security benefits. It might be a great time to increase taxes on some more investment income, capital gains, carried interest, dividends, etc. that fabulously wealthy people enjoy. I think they'll be fine.

The GOP's relentless screwing of low income seniors should help us in the election.

Time to raise taxes on the rich. Your tax cuts were possible when the boomers were paying into a large trust fund. Whether you call them IOUs are not, the fact remains that we carried part of your burden of taxes for years while we paid much more than the rich as a percent of income. We agreed to this because it WAS A LOAN and we just expect it to be paid back. You tried to bankrupt the IOU fund with low interest rates which also benefited the rich more than us.

In short - pay up, you rich welfare bums.

That Social Security that Raygun and Greenspan supposedly fixed and that's why I can't retire until 67? But Congress gets to retire at 62.

The Social Security I paid into since I was 14 years old? That Social Security is in the way of the filthy rich who own our country? Who would have guessed?

claim Social Security is an entitlement when in reality it is and always has been an EARNED BENEFIT!!
Even some of the political pundits, who should know better, are guilty!
