(82,849 posts)Such a versatile tool for the day-to-day hurly-burly of life. I remember a time when you had to wait patiently in line for your turn. But with the proper firearm, you'll never wait in line again! What a time to be alive.

(17,549 posts)Pulling a gun to hurry someone up is OK in Florida; I do it all the time in the grocery line. The man in the Caddy was obviously standing his ground, exercising his 2nd rights and serving God and his Country.
He will be Id'ed it remains to be seen if he will be prosecuted.

Pretty much all gun crimes are felonies, so think twice before brandishing. That's a good reason not to even allow open carry. With concealed carry, whether somebody can identify your gun or not can be incriminating evidence. I spy a black compact gun with an extended mag.

(42,759 posts)Fuckhead should have been in custody within hours. If he used the ATM they would have all his ID info. If he didn't, one of the security cams must have gotten his tag number. They don't even need a complaint from the victim if he used a firearm in a threatening manner.
