I'm having palpitations/AFib already. I had better cool it.A Christian believer who still finds herself on shaky ground from time to time. Well, look how we didn't keep the House. This *age* will not last forever, but I'm not exactly thrilled to be witnessing and part of mb the last of our world as we know it.

I share your uneasiness. I read the other day that McCarthy can be ousted by the Republicans in the House if they give him a vote of no confidence.This is the first time a Speaker has been so limited. The MAGAs (and hence Trump, and ultimately Putin) TOTAL control of the negotiations.

Hes not going to let this drag on.
Hes just came from the G7 where Im sure he heard an earful of concern if the US defaults
