(6,157 posts)I was pissed as hell, sad, betrayed by my fellow Americans when tfg was elected. I felt that there was a LOT of Russian interference in that election, but what did I do? I cried in my wine. I cried and cried. I calked sick in to work the next day and cried some more.
Then I put my big girl panties on and started planning for 2020. That's what a real American who believes in democracy does.

Have serious consequences. It's always such a surprise for these guys.
They are spending months in prison for being stupid. Abd they deserve everything they get.
But I think it's having a huge effect now. It will keep a lot of these people home.
Don't hear much about Antifa either.

(66,647 posts)It's like we've come full circle. In the 60's, any guy wearing a beard was automatically a dirty, Communist hippie who never learned how to shave.
Now it seems like all the guys with the unsightly, scraggly, lumberjack beards are wanna-be macho man right wingers. Who probably call themselves 'alpha dogs' unironically.
