DOJ preempted Republicans by immediately releasing the indictment

Remember how Republicans immediately called for the release last time?

It is great that they proactively released everything. Doing so means that they took extra care knowing that there would be public scrutiny. It also gives **** every fair opportunity to prepare.

So, effectively, as a result of the DOJs thorough work, there’s little left for Republicans to complain about other than conspiracy tales.

Gave the GOP 16 hours to whine and cry and pretend nothing would be in the indictment. It let the 7 charges idea take hold. And then the details dropped and the goi try was stunned and the GOP looked like fools which they then doubled down on.

They were going to have the whole weekend to reset themselves for next week anyway, but they were planning on running on claims of "it's a nothing-burger" until then.

playing tv and Twitter type politics. The learned man of the law is following the evidence, the written and precede trial procedure …is following the path the law lays down. Full 🛑

If the evidence is rock solid…then the law in its majesty does not need politics…the incessant chattering of media and pundits is not heard, the twitters and tweets, blind to.

The same rock solid evidence embedded in granite facts…will brush aside even the most biased.

Believe that and you can believe in the rule of law.

It was needed so that the defendent and republican cult members in Congress didn't get the press time.
