My opinion: Today.

He has to by this time know info which under the order he may not disclose...and he will do it because he believes it can or will cause another riot like J6 and it will solidity and/or bring voters into his base.

What the hell does he have to lose? If the judge confines him (jail, house arrest, ankle bracelet), he will make himself the victim. He will also use it to raise funds...see, the Obama judge and the Biden DOJ took away my First Amendment Rights, etc.

I say, confine him repeatedly...first time, big news, but as each application continues, IMO except for the hardcore MAGAts, people are gonna move on. Also, it may give others a taste of what could happen to them if they disobey this judge.

A direct contempt it done directly to the court -- watch the TV program Court Cam some time and see what some defendants do!

A contempt done outside the presence of the court generally has to be brought by a litigant in filing a contempt citation.

rump cant release any "sensitive" info. So no names and stuff like that.

He cannot control what he says...I believe that to be true even if he tried to do so, which I doubt he would ever do.

As to only sensitive material, the government gets to place that label is what I read in the order...or possibly the proposed order. That would pretty much IMO put the government in control of what tfg can and cannot say.

Biden's beating Xi at his OWN game and bringing jobs back to the USA (Semi-conductors), and the people of China have had enough of living the way that they do. Klan Dad Fred's been gone for a long time, and he knows that he can't help him. Biden, Tish James, call Fani Willis a prostitute who had an affair with a gang banger, or say whatever he wants to about anybody he wants. He'll keep lying, become more deranged and dangerous, hint at wanting a full on race riot this time, or for someone to get shot at and possibly killed. He's just like a rabid, nasty dog. At 77 and being a white male, he won't go to prison as he should, but he's not going to be allowed to roam either, probably have to wear an ankle monitor, probably not be allowed to cheat and play golf--possibly not be given a cell phone which will kill him--which so that's a tiny bit of a saving grace. He'll descend further into lunacy and madness then pass away.
