Reaction to TV commentators to President Obama's News Conference

Maybe it's me, but it seems as if President Obama will never satisfy some Democrats. Ed Rendel today on the Cycle complained that the President should not have been so forceful about Susan Rice because he should be trying to establish peace with the Republicans. If he had been soft, they would have complained that he was being too soft. I think that he should be given a break sometimes, give him a chance to see what he will be able to accomplish, not so quick to always criticize. He hasn't been inauguarated yet and the know-it-alls have already started, many of whom have given up on him.

To pick just one of any number of "stop being such a Democrat" examples courtesy of Fast Eddie.

Rendel is unwise.

The President needs to be forceful in support of those who TRULY support him. You know Ronnie was roundly applauded when he stood up for his den of thugs and liars.

Depending on the show he's on. If he's on a conservative-leaning show, he seems more critical of the President. If he's on a left-leaning show, he gives him more slack. I've since learned to ignore my former Governor.
