why would they give two craps about Benghazi?

for being brilliant at creating divides. They are hoping to sow seeds of discord between the president and John Kerry. Think about it. It seems to be common knowledge that he wants the Sec't. of State job....by daring Obama to nominate Rice, they are hoping to bend Kerry's nose out of shape...conversely, if the prez abandons Rice and appoints Kerry to the position, they will get Scott back in the senate....so they see this as a win/win.
