War is always cruel. This is WAR!
"Yesterday's News:" With the fate of over a hundred people abducted and taken to the Gaza Strip still unclear."

Most people do not know the history of our own "Civil War." (1861 TO 1865).
.............. (More Americans died in the Civil War than any other war).
That war was cruel beyond belief....Americans vs Americans....Killing and more killing. Limbs removed. Worse and more worse.
Use Google Search and find the "Evils of the U.S. Civil War"
"What were the horrors of the Civil War?
"Soldiers were vulnerable to infectious diseases that spread rampantly in crowded camp conditions. In fact, yellow fever, smallpox, malaria, and diarrhea diseases took more lives than battlefield injuries. "
Of course few know the brutality of the Civil War..Yes, there are books, movies & stories about it, but that war was over 150 years ago...(unless you study it)
Unless you study the "Cruelty of the Civil War." Then and only then will you know the truth. Some of us cannot even imagine what it was like: North vs. the South.
...Hate vs Hate of different parts of the same country. War, Hate, and Killing and More Killing!!
620,000 DEAD.... Most number of deaths in any war the U.S. has been in.
But how many died has long been a matter of debate. For more than a century, the most-accepted estimate was about 620,000 dead. A specific figure of 618,222 is often cited, with 360,222 Union deaths and 258,000 Confederate deaths.
As a percentage of the U.S. Population, it was the worst war that the United States has ever been. (please look it up)
Of course, few know the brutality of the Civil War.. Yes, there are books, movies and stories about it..............
But that was over 160 years ago... But it is little known history a long time ago. (Unless you study it!!!).
And Yes, the Civil War Is Worth Studying!
