1. I've been reading comments like, "They were warned to get out so it is

fair game". Don't people realize that many physically can not get out. Many don't have transportation and some are packing up donkey carts, riding on roofs and hoods of cars, etc. It is not a matter of choice for many, it is logistically not possible.

Hamas has a pretty good gig if you follow the logic of some around here. Murder, rape and pillage. Take hostages. Murder some of them on video. Then hide among civilians so you can get your demands met because, you know, war bad. War is icky. Rinse, repeat.

Show me one, just ONE post here where someone said OR EVEN IMPLIED that Hamas has a pretty good gig...and all the horrible crap you wrote after that.

Hamas and Palestinians are not interchangeable words.

Yet there really are a lot of DUers who say ALL Palestinians are suspected terrorists and yes women, old people and children have trained to kill Jews and are considered legitimate targets as well as the few innocents who do not fight Hamas themselves.

Genocide is not a human value.

You don't have to advocate for that overtly or even consider that at all. But unfortunately their opinions of what should or shouldn't be done about all this leads inexorably to Hamas having a pretty good gig. And as for genocide. You do know that's one of Hamas's state goals. Just saying.
