1. Rudy sure is a chatty Cathy outside the courtroom, isn't he?

But given the chance to tell his story in court under oath, he suddenly develops lockjaw. I eagerly anticipate his whining and kvetching post-verdict about how unfair everything was and how he never got to tell his side of the story.

But being asked about his statements under oath would require him to either recant or double down. That would be a lose-lose situation for him. Even the few brain cells still functioning in Rudy's head realized that.
Too bad there weren't enough still on line to have him realize that he should keep his mouth shut about all this.
Watching Rudy blather his way deeper and deeper into the hole he has dug for himself is quite amusing.
Although I'm sure the judge is not amused.
