If I remembery correctly, NV changed its rules so stinky didn't appear on the official state primary ballot (only Haley did), but the created a caucus where only stinky is running.

He is the only candidate registered to run in the caucus.

So how he doesn't get 100% of the vote is a mystery.

You caucus under a sign with your candidates name and get counted at a specific time.

I don't think just anyone can hold up a sign. But it's probably up the the party rules how it works.

The Republicans had a mess in Nevada -- a primary that the state set up for both of the parties. Trump opted not to put his name on the ballot. Then today is the caucus -- which will award delegates. Candidates had to PAY to participate in the caucus run by the Republican chair, who is indicted as a false elector.
