Will the monitor prevent a foreign country from paying his judgments?

2. Doubt it. But also doubt that would look very good for a Presidential candidate. Monitor has a great job security.

I'd take that job for free just for the pleasure of watching the Trump's squirming under the constant scrutiny. I wonder if James is going to line up on other developers? Trump may be king of this level of fraud but I doubt that the practices are unique. She should offer an amnesty to others that would allow some sliding scale, but reduced level, of fines if you come clean.
