5. He should'a listened to Dave Ramsey and bought all his properties with cash.

He would have had no prior bankruptcies because he would have had no unpaid loans. He wouldn't have been sued by N.Y. Attorney General for fraud on his loan applications because he would't have applied for a loan in the first place.


But let me give him a tip on how to save money on health care. He can enroll in one of those Christian health care ministry type plans. They are great. You pay into them. You get sick? Thousands of people pray for your sorry ass and maybe they send you a Bandaid.

What's that you say? "Some states are suing some of these health care plans for fraud?" Oh. I didn't know that.


What's that other thing you're saying? "He doesn't need health insurance. He's on the gub'mint's dime with free health care for the rest of his life as former president. Also, federal prisoners get free health care for as long as they are in Club Fed."
