Is there some neat cliched, but accurate, term similar to "convict", "felon", etc. ? Preferably one that is legally correct ?
I'm thinking of writing a script to change all occurences of "Newt Gingrich" to "disgraced former Speaker and serial adulterer Newt Gingrich", but I'd like to slip in something like "miscreant" if it can be argued to be binding.

^snip^
The demon Naberius was first mentioned by Johann Wier in 1583.[1] He is supposedly the most valiant Marquis of Hell, and has nineteen legions of demons under his command. He makes men cunning in all arts (and sciences, according to most authors), but especially in rhetoric, speaking with a hoarse voice. He also restores lost dignities and honors, although to Johann Weyer he procures the loss of them.

Newt is not the only one who has been sanctioned...you might want to check on who that might be if you want to go that route
