Given the present story arc, I predict

that the Supreme Court will eventually hand down an edict that Trump is entitled to win any election no matter the vote totals in any individual state due to the fact that he has been the recipient of an “undue” amount of negative court rulings in the past and is further entitled to what shall now be termed Electoral Reparations. As in the 2000 Election, this is a one-time, individual-specific ruling.

They know they can't win by votes.

It is not safe to assume anything. It is not safe to assume the level of fuckery they will orchestrate.

I have a MAGAt friend, he/they are already arguing that the Dems “stole” tRumps first term, thus he is owed another term if elected in 2024.

Yes, it is an admission that trump didn’t accomplish Jack shit with his first term, but it was all unfair and due to libs/dems.

Know your enemy folks, Repubs are enemies of democracy.

trial because of all the "misinformation" and/or tainted jury pool.

Hope it's over soon.

to Trump like they did to George W. Bush (Bush v Gore) and go a step further and make him a dictator for life, despite what the few Constitutional judges say.The worse part is once Donald is dead his coked up son Don Jr will be running the Country- Think about that!!

I'm not wearing rose-colored glasses, I'm not getting my hopes up too high, and all of that. I just prefer not to dwell on the possible negative scenarios, because that would serve no useful purpose - for me.

Yes, bad things could happen. There are a lot of ways that things could go very wrong, and if they do, I'll have to deal somehow. But they haven't happened yet. Right now, he still faces a long list of criminal charges from which he has not been exonerated - yet. He hasn't been reelected - yet. And his cognitive faculties are going downhill fast. A lot could happen in the next 7 months, some of it bad, some not. I hav
e to focus on where things are right now, not where they could eventually end up, because that's what works for me. "Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof."

I can't afford to let myself think about all the terrifying things that could happen, because it would be very bad for my mental health. I'm not going to risk that, because TSF is not worth it. He already lives rent free in my head, but he can't have my sanity. I will not allow it.

I'm not telling anyone else what to do, because we're all different. We all have to find our own coping mechanisms, and I'm not going to tell anyone else what theirs should be. May we all somehow get through these next months in one piece, and may the country do so as well.

We need to crush the GOP in November. Win Congress and President by in undeniable numbers. We have to donate, even small $5 amounts add up.
My best weapon is humor when dealing with the other side as serious arguments and logic goes right by them. At least I can walk away with a smile. They hate being laughed at. While I may not change any minds, my goal is to get some to stay home on Election Day.
