...with her series on authoritarianism, but the thing that should stand out is most of her guests have been Republicans, current or lapsed. Yesterday, she had former Representative Joe Walsh, who not only owned up and apologized for his role in helping MAGA, he described himself as a "right-wing asshole" at the time.
I wonder if there are open minded Republicans who have watched her show?

(24,280 posts)He is completely correct about himself having been a right-wing asshole, only I would put it in all upper case - RIGHT-WING ASSHOLE, and then some.
He represented, for one term, a district near mine, and had a campaign office right next to the hair salon I go to. I found him so despicable that I used to pretend I'd gotten some hair in my mouth during my haircut so I could justify spitting on the sidewalk in front of his office.
I would NEVER have thought the scales would fall from his eyes.
